Large towers, containers and tanks etc. that cannot be housed in our vulcanizer can be lined on site. Additional and potentially expensive transportation costs to our workshop can also be circumvented. We carry a variety of exceptionally high quality and industry tested linings which include i.a. SEMBONIT© and EROSTABIL©.
Surfaces are first sandblasted on site before lining. Primer and adhesive solutions are then applied and the plant equipment is then lined with non-vulcanised rubber. Either pre- or self-vulcanizing rubber is used. It is also possible to apply hard linings on the site.
Once lined, the equipment will be filled with water and heated at approx. 95°C for an extended period of time. Pressure vessels can alternatively be vulcanizing in a saturated steam process.
